- All items are rented in as-found condition with no warranty expressed or implied.
- Renter is responsible for returning items in the same condition as when received.
- Renter is responsible to purchase any lost or damaged items at the ticket price.
- Special pricing arrangements may be made for certain non-profit groups — Inquire.
- Special pricing arrangements may be made for high value items — Inquire.
- Purchase any rented item outright at any time by paying off the balance of the price.
